What we do with the information you send us.

Information we collect

Assessment requests. When you submit the assessment form we receive the details you type in: your name, work email, company, the size of your operations team, the shape of your server estate, your description of the problem, and your consent to be contacted.

Correspondence. If you email or call us, we hold that correspondence and the contact details you use.

Technical information. This site runs on WordPress. It sets cookies that are necessary for the site to function, for example to remember a session if you sign in to the administration area. See the cookie notice for the current list.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a scope and a price, and to keep a record of an engagement if one starts. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up, and are then deleted. Where an engagement starts, records are kept for as long as the contractual and accounting obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@mmrbconsulting.com and we will respond.
