- What kind of consulting do you provide?
- Advice on server operations and infrastructure management: maturity assessment, improvement roadmaps, operations framework and process design, technical strategy and optimisation, continuity and risk control.
- How is an assessment carried out?
- Interviews with the people who run the estate, review of existing documentation and operational records, then a written gap diagnosis and a prioritised roadmap.
- Do you implement or operate the changes?
- No. We advise and design. Implementation and day-to-day operation stay with your team or with the delivery partners you choose.
- How do you price an engagement?
- By agreed scope and consultant time, confirmed in writing before work starts. Diagnosis, roadmap and framework design are agreed in stages.
- How long does an assessment take?
- It depends on the size of the estate and how much documentation already exists. We scope the number of interviews and workshops with you before starting.
- How are data and access handled?
- We work from what you choose to share, and define access and confidentiality arrangements in the engagement agreement before any material is exchanged.
